I've been able to do a couple of free commissions lately. Nothing big, just some personal requests. I'm pretty happy with the background, which is usually not the case. Another good learning experience with the tablet.

This is my second venture coloring with the tablet. I got a little carried with the background I guess. Doesn't really match the line work in the foreground. But hey, it's full of enthusiasm!

This piece was a commission. It gave me the chance to experiment with my Wacom tablet. Painting has never been a strong suit of mine, but this is pretty decent for a first shot at a digital paint job. Always more to learn.

Slim Summers

Another quick doodle of one of my favorites. The repressed and calculating Cyclops! I remember reading the comics when I was a kid and he actually used to ricochet his blasts off of bad guys to take them out in geometric patterns. Tsk. All those yesterdays.
